1.)Plan one day out of the week where you treat our self to your favorite foods.
2.)You can treat yourself once week.
3.)Until you ae able to have a cheat meal, find heathy alternatives to foods that you like.
4.)Pick one day out of the week to plan your meals, that way when your hungry you will already have food prepared and wont be tempted to buy something quick
like fast food
5.)If you are a busy person invest in a lunch bag.So that way you can take your meals on the go.
